Orders and Payments

When you place an order with us:

  • All orders are subject to availability and confirmation
  • Prices are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and may change without notice
  • Payment terms are net 30 days for established business customers
  • New customers may be required to pay in advance
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders for any reason

Product Quality and Specifications

We maintain high quality standards for all our products. However:

  • Product specifications may vary slightly due to manufacturing processes
  • Colors and designs may appear different due to screen settings
  • Custom products are manufactured to agreed specifications
  • Quality issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

Delivery and Shipping

Delivery terms:

  • Standard delivery within Malaysia is 5-7 business days
  • Custom orders may require 2-4 weeks for production
  • Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed
  • Risk of loss transfers to buyer upon delivery
  • International shipping available upon request

Returns and Refunds

Our return policy:

  • Standard products may be returned within 14 days if unused
  • Custom products are non-returnable unless defective
  • Defective products will be replaced or refunded at our discretion
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Refunds processed within 14 business days of approved return

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including designs, logos, and text, is protected by intellectual property laws. Custom designs created for clients remain the property of NutuMujiw unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Limitation of Liability

NutuMujiw's liability is limited to the value of the products purchased. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our products or services.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by Malaysian law. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Johor Bahru, Malaysia.
